Today,
in Science B
(Biology),
we did an experiment
for the first time
in a while!
Using a microscope,
we observed something called
cytoplasmic streaming
in a plant called
Elodea canadensis.
It was like
these little
chloroplast-looking things
were slowly moving
around inside the cells.
It was kind of amazing.
Then,
using things
like a micrometer,
we measured
how fast they were moving.
Experiments are difficult,
but I absolutely love
that feeling
when you actually
manage to do them!
The little cells
were kind of cute too.

Today,
they brought in
a tiny frog.
It was seriously
so small!

of the first section
of my pinky finger.

and I danced

so after I got home,
I refreshed myself
with some fizzy cider!
