The Television has published a new interview with Airi Suzuki in connection with the release of Minions & Monsters, in which she voices Debbie in the Japanese dub.

- One of Airi’s goals for her thirties is to work on projects that today’s children will still remember when they grow up. Since Minions & Monsters is a film that younger audiences can enjoy, she feels that taking part in it has allowed her to fulfil that dream.
- When asked what she does when she feels like abandoning a dream, Airi replies : “Giving up simply isn’t an option for me.” Since childhood, one of the expressions she has valued most is 有言実行 (publicly state what you intend to achieve and then follow through with action).
- Since turning 32, Airi has been carrying out what she jokingly calls her own “back to analog” campaign. Instead of keeping her plans and ambitions in the notes app on her phone, she has started writing her dreams down by hand in a notebook again.
- Airi says that projects she initially thought might not suit her, or might be too difficult, have often become important turning points in her career. She believes that she will never be given an obstacle she cannot overcome, so she treats difficult situations as opportunities.
- When the interviewer compliments how clearly she speaks, Airi reveals that people used to tell her that they couldn't understand her. She took diction lessons for her first radio program. Practising speaking in a lower register eventually helped her articulate words smoothly
